I took an advertised low-mileage lease, modified it to 15,000 miles per year, had negative equity, and paid money down and every turn and quote made sense. I was also very specific about the equipment, color, and interior finishes that I wanted on my '19 Jeep Cherokee. They were very accommodating and found my desired combination at another dealer. Even with all my stipulations and my pushiness as to how this should turn out, I never got an attitude from anyone. And guess what...when I came to pick up my vehicle, the payment, money out of pocket, and vehicle equipment were exactly as I had expected. You can't ask much more than that. Thanks so much for the fair deal. (BTW, I LOVE the '19 Cherokee. Great Job FCA in tweaking an already nice vehicle). More

But, there was none of that negative experience when I bought my 2018 FIAT 124 Spider Abarth at Northpoint Chrysler Jeep. It was a surprisingly easy and pleasing experience. Johnny Simmons was our sales person. He was polite and accommodating. He kept my wife and sister in law company while we took turns test driving the car. This was no easy task. My wife was not in a good mood and she hates buying cars. But she was also impressed with Johnny. I emailed Johnny after our visit and asked for price quotes on a couple Spider models. He replied that it was his day off but had Justin Michael follow up with me. After exchanging a few emails with Justin I got a quote and agreed to buy the Abarth. No pressure. No insisting on having my phone number. No Insisting I come in to the dealership. Called Johnny. Filled out the online pre-qualifier. Came in to the dealership. Gwathney Leak had my car loan already approved. Walked me through the paperwork; signed the docs and I was on my way. More
