Turns out it was the best decision because it set the ball rolling into leasing a new HR-V and I could not be happier. I received a call from Paul Kim who walked me through the appraisal process and subsequently was instrumental in making the car buying process so comfortable, flexible, and ultimately very easy. After our initial conversation I was quickly greeted by Paul and later by his manager Kevin Milan who were very personable and professional. I have worked in a customer service related precession for 15 years and seldom these days do I feel a genuine and sincere connection. We went in looking for a Pilot Touring but ended up leaving with a Pilot TrailSport instead. We didn’t expect to get such a great deal with the TrailSport but Alexander and the management team made it happen. Everyone in the dealership was kind and helpful.
