“I purchased a 2024 Cadillac Lyriq from this dealership. Shortly after purchase, the vehicle next day displayed a high-voltage battery warning and required service. I was disappointed because I expected the vehicle to be fully inspected before sale. They also not told me about this problem they misrepresented the vehicle now my car in cadillac service centre they taking 10 days to resolve this problem after this incident nobody take my call i trying from last 4-5 days because im far from dealership this is annoying.I recommend that buyers carefully inspect the vehicle and review all service records before purchasing.” More

bogus "mandatory" additional fees & services on a used vehicle they had in inventory. Not even an option to have these items removed. This dealer clearly thinks they are living in the 80s with their pr vehicle they had in inventory. Not even an option to have these items removed. This dealer clearly thinks they are living in the 80s with their proposterous fees and charges. $1300 on some GPS garbage.... On an EV Which has the most advanced GPS vehicle tracking on the market. Do yourself a favor and shop somewhere else. SHADY dealer at best. More

I purchased a used car in February from Gustavo. They didn't have the spare key available so I was told when I came back to pick up the plates they would get it for me. I even had them sign a paper They didn't have the spare key available so I was told when I came back to pick up the plates they would get it for me. I even had them sign a paper saying we are owed a key. Of course when I went to pick up the plates there was no key and coincidentally the person who makes the spare keys was not in the shop that day. Gustavo told me I could get a spare key made at the Hyundai near me, which was an hour and a half away from Trenton, and I would be reimbursed. I got the spare key made and paid out-of-pocket and of course, no reimbursement check. I have been emailing and calling Gustavo back-and-forth for a month and a half now without a response now for two weeks. Technically, I have the contract saying we are owed a key so I could take it to the lawyer… This place is extremely unprofessional. More

I was requested to bring my car in to get an appraisal for possible trade in for a new car. This sales person woukd not give me any information regarding cost of the new car or what they were willing to for possible trade in for a new car. This sales person woukd not give me any information regarding cost of the new car or what they were willing to give me for my car. He just kept saying give me your numbers and I’ll give you the car $500 less. He treated me like I was an idiot and he wasted my time. I will never purchase a car from your dealership and will also let family and friends know of my experience. More
