Dishonest - avoid this dealership! Car dealerships are sleazy, but Star Nissan takes the cake. After sitting down and agreeing on a SET monthly payment and down payment, they asked that Car dealerships are sleazy, but Star Nissan takes the cake. After sitting down and agreeing on a SET monthly payment and down payment, they asked that we come back in a couple of days for the car.... come back 2 days later and all of the sudden they forgot to include the tax (manager Gus, who promises the world and is a real sweet talker, said “well, when you go to the store don’t you pay tax?”) this is after the agreement was signed! So be careful everyone, they give you a low monthly payment but will end up getting you by saying the price never included the taxes. Under pressure and other circumstances, I had no other choice but to get the car. This was one of the worse experiences ever buying a car. SMDH! Had to give one star so I can post this. More

After buying a used car in April, I had to get my car serviced 4 times and order new parts within a month of buying the vehicle. Then, when I try to bring matters up to the salesman and manager (Gus), I get the run around and my phone calls avoided for days. The worst possible customer service provided by the staff. So I warn all to avoid Star Nissan, buying a car from them means weeks of headaches and fixing all the problems yourself. Sadly you have to not only do research on the vehicle you want, but on the dealership. Not to my surprise, after this has occurred, I find to discover that Star NISSAN has an F with the Better Business Bureau and several complaints. More

horrible service department . go elsewhere !! called 9 am and was told I had to call a different number than the one listed online. I called the new number I was given and a recording said the num called 9 am and was told I had to call a different number than the one listed online. I called the new number I was given and a recording said the number was disconnected. i proceeded to text someone who told me I would get a callback very soon. Three hours later....no call. I tried texting again and was again told I would get a call "soon'. however I was given a different number to call. After waiting another 3 hours I called the number which rang about 12 times. I was prompted to leave my name and number and they will call back. still waiting.... what a waste of a day !!!! maybe the sales dept. is good but God forbid you need service. totally disgusted with their service. BEWARE !! More

TOTAL xxxx BAGS DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH STAR NISSAN THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER ROYALLY AND HAVE NO SHAME IN THEIR BUSINESS PRACTICES TYPICAL USED CAR DEALER. Everybody was just phenomenal on the day I went to get my car and right away Gus found what would be best for me and my college commuting needs and for my budget.
