This is a completely fabricated review and this is the first time we are being made aware of these claims. We have never retailed a car to a customer needing $2,000 worth of repair/service. We've been in business for 25 years and have sold thousands of vehicles, never have we received any type of complaint to this effect. Secondly, we don't deliver cars to customers, so their claim that the car "arrived" to them damaged is completely false. When a customer purchases a car from us, they must pick it up from our dealer and they always see their vehicle before they sign their papers and drive away with it. These claims are 100% false and ludicrous to say the least. Sounds like a competing dealer.

Wrong Wrong Wrong Gus! This car is a disaster and you know it! I will be taking my story to every public forum I can and I have a friend at NY1 News who is coming by to do a story on consumer fraud and will be airing it on Television about Star Nissan, go online and review all the horrible reviews of your dealership. I told you I am not to be screwed over. I won't stop until I get the $1,500 back that Star Nissan owes me for all the repairs. I told you I am a man of my word and gave you the opportunity to make right of this situation and told you it was worth it to just settle with me, the amount of bad press I am going to do is not worth it. You know where to find me if and when you want to do the right thing....
