When searching for a pre-owned car, I had to shop around, coming up short-handed with meeting my financial needs. I have been looking around, and a co-worker suggested for me to try Kia on the blvd. I called to set up a visit, spoke to Andy Agalliu, told him my situation over the phone and I said I will be today. He had the patience of a saint, no sales gimmicks, he worked with me with payments, even went with me to my bank to close a deal, I can't begin to full express how much this guy deserves a Grammy, He made me feel like family, going beyond the call of duty, every fine detail, every stitch to meet my needs. I can't remember the last time I walked into a dealership, sat down with a sales person, and came home happy. I got the best deal for my finances, Andy took care of everything for me, every last detail, I can't stress enough how much this means to me as a buyer of a car with my unfortunate situation. Every one is pleasant there, everyone I came into contact with today, I personally said Andy will get five stars rating, Anyone looking for a car, I highly recommend drop by and see Andy Agalliu, he treats you like family, not just okay I want to sell you a car and I got points. Didn't get what I wanted, but got better! After months of online searching and reviewing of cars, I came across Desimone Auto Group. The Kia Optima SXL drew me to this dealership for an amazin After months of online searching and reviewing of cars, I came across Desimone Auto Group. The Kia Optima SXL drew me to this dealership for an amazing price. Of course that's to lure you in. I got to the dealership, after being bamboozled at another dealership, 15 mins to closing. I was greeted by Regin who asked what he can do for us. I told him I wanted to test drive the Optima. He immediately grabbed the keys and license plate. I fell in love immediately. Unfortunately, the financing process is NEVER easy. I had a pre-approval and there were bank issues so I had to wait to the next day. The next morning I got a call from Regin asking what time we would be coming in so he could have the paperwork ready. He had contacted the bank to ensure everything would go smoothly. We got there at about 1 p.m. Yet again, there was an issue. This time it was with the vehicle. A downpayment or trade in was required, which I had neither of. So I was a little discouraged and upset. Regin and Anthony began to offer me different cars that didn't meet my standards of wants. They finally offered me a vehicle I just couldn't argue with. They agreed to waive the downpayment requirement and said no trade in was needed. That was an offer I couldn't refuse. I walked away with a 2014 Kia fully loaded. It certainly isn't the Optima, but I have to admit it's definitely better. All in all, my dealership experience was GOOD. Even down to the daunting finance part, Gus and my husband had great conversation about their love for cars. The kids even got high fives. Faulkner Nissan told me I could never walk out of a dealership without putting money down or trading in. Obviously, they were wrong. Thanks Regin and Anthony! More
