I am incredibly satisfied with my recent trade-in & purchase experience at Lou Fusz Buick GMC in St. Louis!! While searching online, I found that Lou Fusz had a vehicle in stock that met my needs and w purchase experience at Lou Fusz Buick GMC in St. Louis!! While searching online, I found that Lou Fusz had a vehicle in stock that met my needs and was priced fairly, however I live a long distance away in Colorado. After speaking with Gus Loftis, who was my courteous & "to-the-point" sales rep, I decided to make the trip to St. Louis. Gus took the time to go over any paperwork questions I had before I made the trip and provided me with a sales quote, to include my trade estimate, at my request. Once I decided to make the trip out, Gus processed my deposit and stayed in communication with me. After arriving at the dealership, the process was easy and quick. Both Gus and the finance manager, Leo, were prepared, straightforward, and made the dealership experience hassle-free. My trade-in & purchase experience occurred in less than an hour and a half. They were on top of it!
