I found my go to dealership I can’t say enough about this dealership, Gus Loftis, and the rest of the crew. My son was recently in an accident (no fault of his) and his very firs I can’t say enough about this dealership, Gus Loftis, and the rest of the crew. My son was recently in an accident (no fault of his) and his very first car was totaled. He was so proud of this car. He worked hard to pay for it, until someone with no insurance rear ended him. Needless to say he was devastated. After a long month of negotiating with insurance companies, he began shopping for a vehicle. His search took him to the St. Louis area (two hours from our home town). He thought he found his vehicle at a different dealership. Boy, were we wrong. We had a terrible experience with a different dealership not named Lou Fusz. We decided to check out his second choice at Lou Fusz. To my son’s disappointment the car sold just before we got there. He decided to make contact with a salesman anyway (Gus) to inquire about the car. He learned the car had a deposit on it, but the deal wasn’t finalized. He took us for a test drive just in case the original deal fell through. Gus told us he would call us the following day to let us know if the original deal was going to go through. He called just like he said, but he had to break the bad news that the original deal was going through. Gus knew about our frustrating situation up to this point, and he emphasized with us. He told us to search the entire Lou Fusz inventory online, and if my son found something he liked, he would make sure we were taken care of. My son found a car that he loved, and Gus kept his promise. He had the vehicle brought from another dealership and he personally inspected it to make sure it was what we wanted. He made sure the vehicle was clean, he touched up a couple of blemishes, and he arranged for delivery of the vehicle two hours away. Absolutely incredible. We signed the papers at my kitchen table. This is service at its best. Because of my interaction with Gus and his crew, I will give this dealership a first look when shopping for a new or used car. My son’s traumatic ordeal ended on a high note because someone cared enough to get to really know the customer. Job well done! More

Great Customer Service, Smooth and No Pressure Experience!! I had been recommended to Lou Fusz by a friend from work as my wife and I were looking to trade in the MiniVan for a Buick Enclave. From first enterin I had been recommended to Lou Fusz by a friend from work as my wife and I were looking to trade in the MiniVan for a Buick Enclave. From first entering the sales floor, to being greeted by the sales team, to talking about our needs/wants from a vehicle, to working with Gus Loftis on discussing options and trim levels, to working with the used vehicle manager on our trade in, we had a perfectly positive experience. I've purchased quite a few cars over the years, but never worked with a guy so easy to work with (Gus Loftis), and I'd highly recommend working with him. Despite my "unique" credit history (which I hear is not that unique) the financing experience was smooth and pain free (except for the sales tax...thanks MODOR!!). Glad to have found such a great place to do business with in the future. And we drove 35 minutes...past several other dealerships to get there. More
