This is our 3rd lease with Stamford Ford. Lena has been most helpful from day one. We have had 2 edges and now an escape. She understands our needs and our limits. Gus too! Back when he was the finance Guy most helpful from day one. We have had 2 edges and now an escape. She understands our needs and our limits. Gus too! Back when he was the finance Guy he was very helpful and now that he is sales manager we have the confidence that he is looking out for his customers as well as his staff. We hope to come back in the next couple of months for a ford for our daughter and trust they will find the right fit for her and us. I also have a ford fusion as my my company car. More

Gus and Barry went out of their way to accommodate our requests.When Gus discovered there was a tear on the dashboard he immediately had the entire board replaced .When we changed our mind about purchasi requests.When Gus discovered there was a tear on the dashboard he immediately had the entire board replaced .When we changed our mind about purchasing that particular car Gus allowed us to switch cars without a hitch.Their whole presentation was an atmosphere that was pressure free,friendly,informational and professional.I would highly recommend Stamford Motors as well as Gus and Barry to any of my friends shopping for a car. I have never had an excellent experience buying a car - typically, I hate the process and the sales pitches. I decided to try Stamford only because PJs initial points of contact appeared genuine and unlik typically, I hate the process and the sales pitches. I decided to try Stamford only because PJs initial points of contact appeared genuine and unlike the typical "if you just come in to the dealership I can give you a great deal for FREE!!". I enjoyed working with Stamford Ford and greatly appreciated their honesty, flexibility and personal touches and accommodations. The sales consultant, Judith greeted us immediately upon entering with a welcoming smile and great customer attentiveness. PJ (sales rep) made us feel comfortable by providing us with everything we requested and some - he was great and truly a stand-up guy. The GM & store owner also made appearances and thanked us for our business - which was another wonderful touch. Overall the team worked well together and really made the experience pleasant - even our daughter enjoyed herself, which blew us away! We will return to Stamford Ford again for our next vehicle! More

This is my 2nd car that I bought new from this dealership this year. The first one was for my wife and the second for myself. Barry was able to find a new car that fit my currents needs at a good price, go this year. The first one was for my wife and the second for myself. Barry was able to find a new car that fit my currents needs at a good price, good financing, and was able to use my old car as a trade-in. The staff their works well as a team and was able to get the paperwork done pretty fast. After the paperwork was done he set me up in the car and off I went. Everyone there is upbeat and willing to help. My overall experience there is great I would recommend them. More

"Superior Service" would be an understatement to my recent experience at Stamford Ford Lincoln. For most people the idea of shopping for a car, although exciting, is a daunting task. I typically to my recent experience at Stamford Ford Lincoln. For most people the idea of shopping for a car, although exciting, is a daunting task. I typically do my homework upfront, I know what I want and only ask for a fair price and quality service. Don Febbriao knocked the ball out of the park in both areas. I truly respect his his approach to the business, his obvious loyalty to Stamford Ford Lincoln and his ability to work with my unique persona. Don's professionalism and ability to find me the car I wanted, quote me a more than reasonable price as compared to other dealerships in the tri-state area and execute within 24 hours is without a doubt, outstanding! I would also like to point out that their Finance Manager, Gus Gournaris, was a pleasure to work with as well. All documents were in order and we were on our way with our spectacular new Escape within 1 hour. Stamford Lincoln Ford is obviously a family business as I learned that Don's son also came on board and is running their website and their fantastic optimized mobile site which made it so easy to navigate their new inventory. It appeared that their sales executives and service specialists, which we were introduced to as well, have been a part of the team for many years. Shockingly, the owner of the company, Dominic Franchella, personally came to meet us during delivery, shaking our hands and giving his card with his personal cellphone should we ever have any issues. This is a man that is noticeably hands on. He sits in a desk within the showroom that resembles a reception area. Dominic is not hiding in a back room and instead he is providing a personal experience to everyone that enters his dealership. I learned that Dominic started in the service department when he was 19 and now is the Dealer Principal. A true testimony to his devotion to the product and the business. Such a commitment to great customer service is always to be commended. You can be sure that we will be recommending Stamford Ford Lincoln for years to come! More

I had a good experience at this dealership. Everyone from sales persons to management made sure I was 100% satisfied with my Purchase. My sales person Lena Spagnuolo was great to deal with, she explained everything I needed to know from the paperwork to every function of my new vehicle, although we just met she made it seem like I knew her for years... Thanks Lena. I also like to thank Ed Dickan, Parts Manager who was very helpful to me. I purchase a 2014 Ford Explorer Sport and I love it. I would definitely recommend Stamford Ford Lincoln to my family and friends. More
