Was excellent I went in and dealt primarily with Guillermo Benitez and finance manager Dan Caldwell. They were very respectful and nice to me. When I went to the dealership I had not eaten and Guillermo let us go thru the drive thru on the test drive. I was grateful because I was getting really tired and grouchy. They filled up the tank of my car before I left the dealership with my new car and they went over every detail I wondered about. Later, Dan Called me and said I needed to come sign more paperwork and he offered to pay for my gas because I live 2 hours away. It was a good thing too because I hadn't been paid yet. Overall, the thing I most appreciated was that they texted me instead of called. I told them I get phone anxiety and they texted me with everything they needed from me when I wasn't around them. So far, it was my best car experience that I have had to this point in my life. I appreciate it to because buying a car when your not expecting to need to have to is stressful enough as it is. Excellent service, good environment. I would work with again and refer to my family and friends. More
