I bought the car from Nelson and he was a great sales person, there was an issue with the seat and they sent someone out to fix it. My only issue is that after they told me they check all the cars and ma person, there was an issue with the seat and they sent someone out to fix it. My only issue is that after they told me they check all the cars and make sure everything works and they are safe, I start driving the car around for a week and I find that the emergency brake does not work. You press it down and it does not stay. Please check everything before signing anything. More

Quickly-The words that come out the salesman’s mouth do not match what the charge, and the paperwork presented by the salesman and the finance team do not total correctly-yes, they use trickery in their match. The long story. I visited this dealer and was told the price I would pay for a new fully loaded Tahoe, High Country, would be MSRP, Tax, Tag and a rather high Dealer fee of $1695. Specifically, I was told they would never be one of “those other dealers” that add a Market Adjustment. The salesman, Guillermo, presented the written offer with each of these itemized, and then the total. The deceit is that the Total Does Not Add Up. When I inquired, he said look down below there is additional amount. It was there, Not in the column of numbers, but down and off to the side. I asked about that and he said, it was for Door protection, free oil changes for 3 years and unlimited car washes. ( He later described this as an “addendum” ) I said I did not want any of asked if they were typical add-ons that Finance would offer-he said yes and took the papers to his finance team. While I was outside, he got my business partner to provide his social security number, and then with out telling him why, or getting anything verbally or in writing, ran his credit through 5 companies, lowering his credit score 12 points. Later, he invited us to the Finance office where they said credit was approved, even though we had not finalized a price, down payment, or authorized a review. Then we asked why the total was off and were told it was correct. We stated we never wanted or agreed to their add-ons, which were never reviewed, and that we would pay the price agreed. When I called for the salesperson, he was nowhere to be found. When I asked for a manager, I was told he was unavailable, but no matter, these items could not be removed for any reason. We stated that this was BS and he said if we don’t buy the vehicle now, it will be gone-take it now or we will never get another. I asked for copy of the presented offer with the false fake deceitful totals (I did not add the adjectives) and was told NO. I attempted to take a picture and the paper was pulled from site. This drove home the point that they knew they were playing games and attempting to cheat an unsuspecting buyer or the would not be hiding. More-Later I texted the salesman and asked for copy of the authorization to run the credit. First, he actually had the stones to offer the vehicle for $1000 off the added $4300. Then, when I inquired about the authorization, he stated “We have recording cameras on each of ours desk” Holy Cow, is this dealership recording everything that goes on at their desks-Apparently he says yes. Be careful what you say if you ever set foot in Lou Bachrodt Coconut Creek dealership. More still-The Finance guy called to see if I was interested. Then the Internet department called to ask if I was still interested and wanted to know more about my experience-she took notes and said she would review with her manager. I believe they recorded this conversation. I have not heard a peep from the dealership manager-I have purchased a vehicle at a much better price, with no “addendum” items at an Autonation dealership FYI, I have purchased a car previously from Lou Bachrodt Mazda and had a wonderful experience. I would say my experience at the dealership was fine but I do have my fair share of complaints. #1.) it’s been 16 days since I traded in my vehicle and it is still not paid off. This is my 7th vehicle and n I do have my fair share of complaints. #1.) it’s been 16 days since I traded in my vehicle and it is still not paid off. This is my 7th vehicle and never have I ever had this problem before. #2.) to try and contact the store and have any of the departments answer is near impossible. I will never go back to that specific store nor recommend it to anyone. More
