My name is Alex Casas. Originally from Peru, I came to Colorado in 2024 after joining the automotive industry in 2023. Before working at Schomp Hyundai, I was studying to become a pilot. The Subaru Forester and Outback are my favorite vehicles - I've already owned both and love them! Used car sales department is a mess! . Long wait times, poor customer service and communication. Service department doesn’t address issue and ignores your request, just wants to find ot . Very skeptical of “ multi-point.” Inspections, I believe they are bogus. You’ll wait half a day even with an appointment. Most disturbing I had personal property stolen from glovebox while on Schomp property overnight with no regard or explanation. Used to be a great dealer/service, something went horribly wrong. More

Very easy to do business virtually and was able to get the deal that I was hoping for in an Ioniq lease.
