As a first responder where I was guaranteed a discount for trade in and excellent service in return for my service, I was very disappointed. I would never crawfish my patients care like what happened to m for trade in and excellent service in return for my service, I was very disappointed. I would never crawfish my patients care like what happened to me. Matter of fact, they said I didn’t even qualify for the discount unless I financed with them, after the fact. I looked for over 4 months for the perfect family truck to pull our camper. Found the model, color and options that fit perfectly at Leesburg Crystler Jeep Ram, Unfortunately the Car lot didn’t disclose major scratches on the truck before we travelled 7 hours to sign paperwork. Said they did their best to try buff before we arrived and very well knew scratches to the metal DONT buff. After arrival to car lot from traveling all day, didnt honor online price or original buyers order. Reduced my trade-in and wasnt even willing to negotiate their highway robbery prices. Matter of fact they wouldnt even split 2k to seal the deal because they said they are the best in town. lol (keep thinking so Leesburg). They hid fees within small print and good luck if you don’t want to pay for the premium package (year of service and warranty) they will force you to pay an additional 2k and wouldn’t remove, just another tactic to charge fees for their benefit and pockets. After 3 hours of trying to go back and forth with them with no budge on their part, I purchased knowing my preapproval with credit pull was expiring same weekend and don’t want another dig on my credit. Finance manager was ice as cold and made you feel like another number. Sales man was nice and personable but felt he could have had my back more if he wanted to make his payday. Overall experience sucked. More

As you look over reviews of any service or product, you have to weigh the positives vs negative reviews. Sometimes expectations cannot be met and is part of business. With that said, what happen to me nee have to weigh the positives vs negative reviews. Sometimes expectations cannot be met and is part of business. With that said, what happen to me needs careful consideration prior to visiting CDJR of Leesburg. We found the car my wife wanted on their website and was excited to pursue. I worked with the internet sales mgr, Jordan Hayes and salesman Guido Marin over the phone and text for a couple of days prior to taking a seven-hour road trip to purchase the car. Guido had mentioned the car was being held for me with "Hold" in the windshield and pulled to back of dealership. 30 min prior to my arrival, I msg him as instructed to allow him time to pull the car around for us to drive. When I arrived, I noticed another salesman showing the car?? I was met by Guido and proceeded to go inside for meet and greet and then given the keys for a test drive. Upon returning, I was approached by Jordan Hayes (sales mgr) and was informed that they sold the car while I was out test driving it.. Incredible......Not in the people business, just numbers. I feel they used me to make Max profit and financing from the other buyer. "Beware" ...it's a dealership with a rat infestation and more negative reviews than KFC. The worst part: The sales mgr offered me an Amazon gift card and a tank of gas for my trouble..LMAO. I will continue to post on other sites to try and spare folks some misery.
