Hey Juanita I'm sorry you felt I was rude and arrogant however I was explaining the best I could with out words being put in my mouth and lies being told to service about promises that were never made. Everything we promised was put in writing and handled in a timely manner. You bought the vehicle on 9/3 on 9/5 the salesman had reached out to you stating that parts were on order and service would reach out when they arrived. on 9/7 a Saturday you showed up with out any communication or appointment wanting to have the vehicle service done. At that point Mike explained he would try and squeeze you in. Unfortunately we couldn't control the coming back twice for service when we did not have the part available or no appointment set. Again we are sorry and strive to have the best service we can with the hand we are dealt.
