I am going to highlight my negative experiences at this dealership. My car was in service to have a faulty radiator that had a leak replaced. This was after only 5,000 miles of driving on my CPO vehicle dealership. My car was in service to have a faulty radiator that had a leak replaced. This was after only 5,000 miles of driving on my CPO vehicle. Understood, manufacturing issues can happen. My car was in service for two weeks. When I picked my car up, to my surprise, I checked to make sure that they topped off the coolant after replacing the radiator that was initially leaking coolant. Surely, my paranoia was for good reason. They did not top off my coolant, and the coolant was way below the minimum marker. I purchased the car on December 31st, 2022. After driving about only 2700 miles on the car, my oil level was at minimum. So this either means that the car is burning excessive oil, or that I was driving on old oil that was running out gradually over time. Neither of which are good on the dealerships end. I called the dealership and they told me that this is normal and that I can top off the oil if I didn't feel comfortable with the level. Seriously? I had to dump 2 1/2 quarts of oil in order for it to be at a normal level. As best practice, I would've expected that the dealership would, at the very least, change my oil before the car was off their lot after the purchase. My rear and front view camera were starting to go faulty and not function as well, and my dash was starting to light up like a Christmas tree. They replaced the side view mirror camera, as it is under the manufacturers warranty. I also complained that the front parking aid sensor kept going off, and they said that replacing the right-side side-view mirror would fix the issue. For the second part, I had no doubt that was not going to resolve the issue. My inclinations proved me right, yet again. After driving off from the dealership and picking up my car, a yellow warning light came up on my dash, complaining about the front parking aid. After I told the service advisor that the parking aid issue was different from the camera, they ensured me that the technician believed the faulty camera would trigger all those warning lights and faults. When I purchased my CPO car from Audi Exchange, I bought an extra package for ceramic coating through a vendor that applies CilaJet. The first time the ceramic coating was applied, they did a horrendous job and left all kinds of smudges and smears of ceramic coating on my seats, the top of the dash, and the monitor. I took the car back a second time to have them reapply the ceramic coating, or at least take care of the sloppy job performed on something that I spent $1600 for. I let the dealership know of a big quarter-sized stain from the ceramic coating that needed taking care of, and they assured me that this would be handled. After I picked up my car for a second round of ceramic coating, the stain that I pointed out was still there. My car went in for a third time for the reapplication of the ceramic coating to get the stain out while my vehicle's radiator was being replaced, and this time it was finally taken care of. In summary, this dealership does not live up to the quality or standards of Audi, and I have had a poor experience with them time and time again. From the unresponsiveness of my salesman and service advisor via text when having the coolant issue, to the lack of quality in service and disregard for my concerns/issues, this dealership is not where you want to buy or service your car. What a nightmare. More

Worst service experience ever. Greg in service is a complete a**hole. He wouldn't talk to me about the damage his service team did to my $60,000 car because the "weather was too nice". The initial walk around for my car cams back perfect mind you when I brought it in and really nothing I wanted fixed was actually fixed. My car sat there for a week to get cleaned. So furious! Will never go back there again and I've been a loyal Audi customer for years. Just because I'm young doesn't mean I'm inferior or have less to spend than anyone else. They messed with the wrong person. DON'T GO TO THIS DEALER! More
