Everyone I encountered was helpful and they had great communication with me. Attentive, but not overbearing. I found their prices to be competitive or lower than other Mini dealerships, but they still really worked with me on getting the purchase price right and making it as easy as possible for an out-of-state customer like me. Friendly, Knowledgeable customer service I scheduled a 9:00am appointment with Greg. From the time we met he was friendly and approachable. He allowed me to test drive several of the vehicles I scheduled a 9:00am appointment with Greg. From the time we met he was friendly and approachable. He allowed me to test drive several of the vehicles and explained the pros and cons of each relating to my situation. After the test drives we sat down and did an analysis of each vehicle to determine which one would be right for me. If Greg did not have the answer he made sure that he got it, from his Mgr or colleague. He also brought one of his colleagues “Michelle Wright” who had more knowledge helping clients pin point the vehicle that would best suit me. Together they helped me negotiate the best deal. Greg was able to close the deal and I really appreciate his professionalism throughout the entire process. I will definitely recommend Mini of Ramsey and hope to be a life long customer.
