Having worked a great many years in the Service industry, it is my experience that Customer Service (when it is good) is truly under-rated, and (when it is bad) is virtually always punished. With that in it is my experience that Customer Service (when it is good) is truly under-rated, and (when it is bad) is virtually always punished. With that in mind, I would like to level the playing field by congratulating Greg Larsen (Sales), Hector Rosina (Financing and Ultimate Care) and Chelsea Symon Burke (Technology Enablement) on the outstanding service that my wife and received during our X5 purchase this past Saturday. From the moment my wife and I walked into the dealership, it was clear that they have developed a well orchestrated process, that they executed efficiently and effectively - they make a great team! Each if them took the time to answer (and in some cases repeat) the questions we had; this was most helpful in the case of the in-car Technology Enablement. Based on that experience, I have no reservation about recommending for your next vehicle purchase. More

Greg contacted me to let me know he had a car for me. We discussed a deal over the phone. I told him I wanted a payment of $450. He told me he would make that happen. When I arrived to test drive the car We discussed a deal over the phone. I told him I wanted a payment of $450. He told me he would make that happen. When I arrived to test drive the car, he had the paperwork done. I agreed to buy the car after the test drive. I told Greg that the door projector light in my car door was not for sale and I wanted it back. He told me that was too much work to remove and that he would “throw that in”with the deal. The monthly payment came out to $456. I asked if we could make that payment $450 as we agreed. He said “No, we can’t since I’m throwing in the projector light.” Also, the Deal he gave me was where I will have $12,000 at the end of my loan, which should have been made clear up front. Greg said nothing about that and the paperwork said nothing that I could see. My husband arrived and my husband was the one who explained that to me, not Greg! Very upsetting. Also, Greg was supposed to mail me the projector lights. He never bothered. When I went back to have the car windows tinted, I had to pick that item up myself. Very disappointing. Would not recommend Greg. More
