I have never written a review for anything or anybody, but I was compelled to do so now. I will never seek purchase of a vehicle from Ray Catena again because:  First, ordered a 2024 GLE 450 in “MAY 20 but I was compelled to do so now. I will never seek purchase of a vehicle from Ray Catena again because:  First, ordered a 2024 GLE 450 in “MAY 2023” and left a $1,000 deposit with Ray Catena.  Second, no communication from Ray Catena until I called in October 2023.  Third, vehicle arrives in late December 2023 but wrong vehicle.  Fourth, the right vehicle arrived in February 2024 with defective wood trim but initially denied by Ray Catena.  Fifth, vehicle allegedly fixed – test drove – ambient lights not working where wood trim was allegedly replaced –driver’s liner and pillar detached from roof – roof handle missing -two bumps on right bumper and paint chip in the same area. I cannot believe Ray Catena did not inspect the vehicle before I arrived because they called and told me to come and inspect the vehicle.  Sixth, February 2024 Ray Catena says the vehicle has some imperfections but is selling “as is”.  Seventh, I requested my deposit back.  Eighth, in March 2024, I ordered the same vehicle from Princeton Mercedes.  Ninth, today, I was informed my vehicle will arrive later this week or early next week.  Tenth, I spent a year dealing with the purchase of a vehicle from Ray Catena which I would not have done if I knew what I know now. Hopefully, after an entire year, my vehicle arrives soon and is fine. More

A few weeks ago, I visited Ray Catena to look at vehicles for my parents. The representative assigned to us was late, so Greg stepped in to assist us while we waited. We quickly realized how pleasant and acc for my parents. The representative assigned to us was late, so Greg stepped in to assist us while we waited. We quickly realized how pleasant and accommodating Greg was, and requested him as our salesperson. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. Greg patiently showed us a variety of vehicles, both electric and gasoline. Ultimately, we chose an electric EQS for my parents. But after seeing the additional vehicles, I convinced my wife to visit as well. She immediately fell in love with a GLS, and within three weeks, we ended up purchasing two cars from him. Greg is a professional and highly knowledgeable about the Mercedes line of vehicles. Thank you, Greg. We will look for you on our future purchases too. More
