First, the car is exactly what I was looking for and is exactly as advertise..., it is spotless (no defects) and is in perfect condition. I cannot imagine being more satisfied with the car... I am still smiling to this day! Second, the sales department is extremely profession, punctual in their communications (even after hours)... and is not overbearing. The purchase of our Corvette through the Toy Barn is one of the best experiences I have ever encountered in purchasing a car. Thank you Greg, Kristiaan and the Toy Barn Staff for making a dream car land in our garage! Note: If the Toy Barn has your dream car on their lot... don't wait; "If you think long, you think wrong... it will be gone!" And no..., they did not pay me to make this statement... LOL! More

I made my first purchase of a car without being there in person. The deal was done all online and over the phone and i could not be happier with the experience. If possible this will be the way i buy cars going forward. Camren and Greg were very helpful and knowledgeable about the car and took care of the entire process. It was the easiest purchase of a car i have ever made and i have bought and sold plenty of cars. They both came in on a Sunday when the dealership is closed to finish the deal since i drove up form NC to drop off my car. How many people would offer to do that on their day off. Not many if any at all! Talk about customer service. They were very fair on my trade and extremely fair on my purchase. The car had an issue they discovered and they had it fixed at their expense before we made the exchange. Talk about customer service i could not be more surprised and grateful of the service i received. If you are anywhere in the world and want a first class experience I would shop The Toy Barn. I know i will again when i decide to make a change. More

By the time I arrived at the dealership I was greeted and handed the keys. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Considering my circumstances; my 2019 Chevrolet Silverado was in a parking lot where the car beside my truck caught fire entirely, thus catching my truck on fire. It was totaled and without warning I was shoved into the market for a new vehicle. My situation was handled with consideration and professionalism. Thank you Toy Barn! More

He is totally service oriented and we always come to a great conclusion when buying an awesome car. I have 2 separate reviews. One for Sales and one for Finance. SALES: This was my dream car and ToyBarn had the best price and lowest miles so it was the perfect car. I worked with Greg who was absolutely very kind but consistently "left me hanging." Several times I was told he would call back in a few minutes but would not call at all, several times he would look into pricing tinting windows before car as delivered, never did. I continually had to chase down to keep the purchase progress moving forward. There also were several times i was told the car was being detailed however the car was very dirty on arrival with grass, dog hair, and accumulated dust that was clear it had been there quite some time. That being said for this being my dream car this should have been a more pleasant process however it was constant stress and anxiety of always wondering what was going on. The very worst part of it all is Greg quoted me $750 for delivery however I was charged $800 and Greg never told me that they do not collect sales tax for out of state, so to my surprise when I tried to register my car I had to come up with another $2,000 that I hadn't budgeted for. After everything during this purchase process needless to say at that point it brought me to tears at the DMV. This was an unnecessary painful process. I will say again Greg was very nice, however because of his lack of follow-through, constant chasing on my part and lack of communication there have been several times I have considered canceling the deal, but this car was the VERY best priced and great deal for the value. I hope that no one else has this same experience I had while buying their dream car. More
