DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE FOR ANY TYPE OF SERVICE OR EVEN AN OIL CHANGE!!! THEY DO NOT COVER EVEN THE POSTED LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY THAT IS ON THE BACK OF THEIR SERVICE SHEETS!! I bought our used car EVEN AN OIL CHANGE!!! THEY DO NOT COVER EVEN THE POSTED LIMITED WARRANTY POLICY THAT IS ON THE BACK OF THEIR SERVICE SHEETS!! I bought our used car from their used Golling dealership back in 2019 and they gave us lifetime oil changes at Golling in Bloomfield. Tuesday, May 19th at 5PM I took the car in to have an oil change. Wed., May 20th - 50 miles later, the engine seized on the car, oil all over my driveway overnight and ALL OVER THE ENGINE. Golling (Greg Edmonson - Asst. Service Mgr.) was absolutely no help, did not take any responsibility for the bad threading of the seal on their new installed oil filter from the day before. He didn't even remove or look at the oil filter they installed to troubleshoot the problem they caused. They literally did an oil change on my car in 20 minutes on 5/19 and my engine is now f*cked on 5/20! Had to tow the car to them to be told they weren't doing anything to fix the oil leak they caused and they didn't have a mechanic to troubleshoot. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND GOLLING CHRYSLER TO ANYONE! Run! More

As a 1st Responder, this is the worst experience I've had with a dealership in my entire history of driving. The dealer kept my vehicle 17 days. Had they taken the P S Pump (power steering) apart completel with a dealership in my entire history of driving. The dealer kept my vehicle 17 days. Had they taken the P S Pump (power steering) apart completely the 1st time I brought it in when the P S fluid was boiling, perhaps they would have seen the bottle had began melting and would ultimately fail, as it did. I paid approx. $200 for nothing. They gave the car back, stating it was good. The 2nd time I brought it in for the same reason (boiling P S Fluid), they did not have a P S Fluid bottle in stock to complete testing (???). Waiting a week just for the bottle and for them to break down the system to confirm the failing pump. D. Denson then advises me the P S Pump would take another week to arrive. I advised him I was a 1st Responder and elderly persons were depending on me, I asked for a loaner. He stated they don't do loaners, and stopped there. He made no conscious effort to speak with his manager to see what options were available to asset me, as my warranty only covered 2 days rental for labor only, not waiting for parts. Most GREAT dealerships will at least give an option. Not allowing a person who did not have the power to say "Yes," tell me "No," I took it upon myself to contact Manager, J. Frank via vml. He approved 2 days of free rental. However, because I had waited almost 2 weeks to get to that point, I had already found other transportation options via family. Next, D. Denson advised me that P S Pump they ordered did not make it on the truck. He then says, do you want to go with the aftermarket part that your warranty offered because they can get it to you the "SAME DAY." Really? He never told me they could get the part to me the "SAME DAY" until after my truck had been sitting there over 2 weeks. Wow. Zero is too high for this one. D. Denson was not aware that I checked with the parts department on the OME P S Pump who advised me that the pump has been on backorder for 20 days! Really? Was D. Denson aware of this and intentionally caused me to wait knowing the part was on backorder for 20 days? Another "Zero" experience is when I called him to check if he ordered part from my warranty the previous day as he advised, he stated, "No. I can't hold on the phone all day. I have customers to take care of." Wow. I guess I was just an alien passing by. Finally, on the day to pick up my truck, I asked the $30 credit they gave me for a car rental can be used towards an Uber to get there. I would pay Uber, and they would take $60 off my bill. The manger, Greg said, "No. We can't do that." Really? Wow. These guys are just way too relaxed and act like the own the dealership, which wouldn't be a problem if they did not have bad attitudes. As a result, I will NEVER but a Chrysler again, let alone go to the dealership. My truck drives like crap. It does not sound the same as I took it in, and the wheel alignment is off because the steering wheel is not even centered when straightened out. I feel these things were done to my jeep intentionally because some people are just jealous haters who don't want you to have anything nice. I left J. Frank a message complaining about my experience, and he never called back. They have taken their past successful ratings for granted, clearly. More
