The staff is so inviting and is genuinely concerned about helping you make the right purchase. The salesman we had helping us did a phenomenal job. Brad was willing to spend whatever time was needed to make sure we were happy and set with our purchase. He was focused more on that then he was personally making a sale. He is not your typical car salesman..he does not just tell you what you want to hear but he instead tells you the truth and if needed will adapt the plan to ensure the customers' happiness at the end of the day. Cesar and Gregg were also a huge part of our great experience. All three were very accommodating and their goal was to make us feel comfortable at all times. Every aspect of the process was explained thoroughly by all three members of Ford. I was so impressed by the team at Rock River Block.
