Dealership is 5 Star. I have been coming here for over 6 years. I owned 2 Infiniti QX60. I love the Vehicles and the Service I receive is just as AWESOME. I purchased a 2016 Cadillac XTS4 on July 9, 2021, from Holman On July 10, I called my salesperson the very next day, to inform him that I was hearing a klunking sound from the front end of the car when I Holman On July 10, I called my salesperson the very next day, to inform him that I was hearing a klunking sound from the front end of the car when I drove on secondary roads or when I went over a bump. The salesman informed me to call the service department to schedule an appointment for the front end to be inspected. After contacting the service department and speaking with Christina, I was given a scheduled appointment on Wednesday, July 13, 2021. Upon my arrival to the service department on the above mentioned scheduled appointment date, I informed the individual who approached my car, that I was scheduled for an 8:30 am appointment. The individual informed me that there was no appointment scheduled for me. She did indicate that however I would be seen. After spending almost 2 hours and 45 min waiting for the status of what was going on with my car, I was informed by the service technician that they were going to disconnect the sway bar from my vehicle and test drive it to see if that was causing my klunking sound. Please keep in mind that I had informed the technician upon my arrival to the service department that the noise sounds like the front shocks were bad. The technician came out to informed me a second time that they were still working on my vehicle and were trying to find out the cheapest way to fix it. At this point I requested to speak to the head of sales about returning the vehicle. After speaking with Sean Connolly about my concerns, I was informed that the front shocks were bad and the dealership would be responsible for repairing them. I was disappointed with the fact that I initially had scheduled an appointment and upon my arrival. the individual who approached my car when I arrived to the service department informed me that no such appointment existed. I informed this individual that Christina had scheduled my appointment , this individual informed me that Christina was to busy this morning to confirm my appointment, but I would be seen. I'm also disappointed that I was not offered a loaner vehicle. No disrespect intended, but I'm.sure the sales ddepartment or the service department would not have their mother's or wife's drive around in this vehicle making this klunking sound. My wife refuses to drive or ride in this vehicle. I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership. I believe that if I was a Caucasian customer, I would have been offered a loaner vehicle until my vehicle was repaired. my perception is my reality. I just can not believe that the dealership along with the service department thinks it's okay for someone to drive a vehicle in this condition. I'm currently waiting for the parts to be ordered and my vehicle to be repaired. More

Coming from a Holman BMW service department, I have all the faith in the world that Infiniti's service will be at or a higher level. Special thanks to Jim, Blaine, Greg and Mike for a very quick, painless, professional, and coordinated sale. This team is a "no gimmicks" group and as long as I buy Infiniti's, this place will be my goto shopping environment. Greg Zappley was easy-going, knowledgeable and attentive. I drove about an hour within NJ, based on the price of a used 2018 Q50, but was very pleasantly surprised with the personality and environment of the dealership. I hadn't dealt nor heard of Holman before. Everyone was personable and friendly (even passing employees are asking if they can get you something to drink, etc.). There is a definite focus on the customer experience and combined with the best price in the NJ-NY-CT-PA area for similar cars, it is a winning combination. So compliments to Holman for having the people and for fostering that aspect of the experience. More

I didn't want the hassles of back and forth price fighting, o I was upfront about that Greg quickly called me back and gave me great numbers not just good! I told him I would be by and he even sent me the link to apply for credit so it would all be done. What a fast, easy and professional experience. I highly recommend Greg Zappley, the rest of the staff we dealt with was great too!!! You will not be disappointed. More
