Impressive sales staff experience in January 2025. Missing Dave in service. Not as personal and friendly now. Dismayed that quotes come in so high with unnecessary work for age of vehicle. I was really disappointed when I was told my maintenance package was no longer good. I still have lots of coupons and service left in the book, which I paid for.
