Bad advice at check in caused an over $160 charge. Extended warranty wasn’t considered. My car has under 86k miles and is now worthless. Once again, I'm disappointed with Byer's Subaru of Dublin. They took my car to "fix the fix" and returned it in, basically, the same shape. The front panel on the driver's seat still sticks out appx. Dublin. They took my car to "fix the fix" and returned it in, basically, the same shape. The front panel on the driver's seat still sticks out appx. one inch (maybe 3/4 in. now). I'm not even sure they replaced the part, as it looks like the same part, just pushed in further. The hard, sharp plastic continues to dig into the back of my calf. I had to put a rag over the plastic so I don't get cut on it! Yes, my car is almost ten years old, but only has 107 (when I began this process), which is pretty low mileage for a car this age. In addition, I have taken excellent care of the car, so it's not that the "seat has been smashed down." (AND I'M OF AVERAGE WEIGHT/HEIGHT for females in the U.S.!). I have been quoted anywhere from $1100 to $1500 to get a new seat. Shame on you Subaru for doing nothing but taking my money and wasting my time! I don't know why you send out these surveys if you continue to do nothing about your poor service. I don't even know who Ann Hill is, so this is not a knock against her! I don't know why her name comes up in the survey options. More

Seemed to be a lot of confusion and communication problems. My case was a little unusual,as it was aranged through the used sales department to remedy a problem at purchase. But when I arrived at 1pm I was told it was lost in service and they couldn't find the paperwork car or keys for about 40 minutes. More
