I have issues with the vehicle within the first 24 hours of receiving it. The list price was about $26k and the dealership force additional packages on the car not advertised and the price turned into 31k. of receiving it. Within 24 hours of having the car it had to be towed back to the dealership because of electrical issues. In less than 18 months of having the car, it has required multiple batteries, fuel pumps, and other work totaling over 10k worth of work. Over 4k of which I disputed and was found out that was a false report and the original tech that looked at my car no longer works there. Amassing over 120 days at least under maintenance and another 75 days left out of commission and unable to drive because I live an hour away from the dealership and couldn't get it in to be serviced when necessary. All while I am paying monthly for insurance and an auto loan for a car I can't drive. Due to this I lost a job last year because I couldn't make it in, it put a strain on my family of 5 being brought down to one vehicle, and wear and tear on my wife's vehicle because that has to be the only car right now. When I received the car I was told it had a clear maintenance record and no issues, only to later find out "it is a ticking time bomb" - BART MACA, SERVICE MANAGER. The car is still at the dealership. It was "fixed" in June, didn't make it down the road before it broke down completely again and they quoted me another $4600 for repairs. Some of those repairs were said to have already been fixed. More
