I was given wonderful treatment from Anthony Cristiani who kept me informed on work being done and the expense. The waiting room was clean and inviting with coffee and snacks. Jose was easy to deal with through the whole process. I rated Colonial Ford a 3 star out of 5 and the reason it was not a 4 or 5 star was that the car we bought, 2023 Infinity QX60 had a scratch on it I rated Colonial Ford a 3 star out of 5 and the reason it was not a 4 or 5 star was that the car we bought, 2023 Infinity QX60 had a scratch on it, and they would not fix it!!! They buffed it out but still the scratch existed. You would think if you paid $43,835 for the car that they would fix the scratch in good faith. My husband and I were very disappointed with this to say the least. More

Colonial Ford and especially Shayne made buying my new truck an easy process. Unfortunately we both had to deal with Ford Manufacturing delays. It took Ford Manufacturing 8 months to get me my truck.
