Poor service I took my car in for 2 issues, 1. Was the reverse camera stopped working and 2. My radio was having issues connecting to my Bluetooth. The camera issu I took my car in for 2 issues, 1. Was the reverse camera stopped working and 2. My radio was having issues connecting to my Bluetooth. The camera issue was fixed. However, the service took all day to do. I dropped my car off at 8 AM and it was not ready for pickup until 3:30. I was told it should only take a couple hours. I was on leave from the military visiting family, so my time was limited and precious. The radio issue was not fixed and not only was that not fixed my rear middle speaker was now blown. This is the second time I have taken my car to this dealer and was not satisfied with the service. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone especially if they are on a time crunch or don’t want any additional damage done to their car. I will not be returning to this dealer for any future services needed. More

Recall service Service was completed efficiently and quicker than anticipated. This time frame also included installation of three new wiper inserts. Service rep was courteous, professional and answered my questions in detail. My only dissatisfaction is a general lack of greeting when driving into the service area office which leads to uncertainty as to which service tech is going to assist me. More
