Poor service Hi my wife recently took her car to the dealer for a oil change and tire rotation and the tires were not rotated and the reason I know is that I numbe Hi my wife recently took her car to the dealer for a oil change and tire rotation and the tires were not rotated and the reason I know is that I numbered them with yellow chalk and the numbers were in the same spots and they wrote on the service report they were rotated and I tried to contact the service consultant and he has never responded to my call I have never had any problems with the dealership till this More

Since relocating here to Cincinnati in 1997 , I have purchased 4 vehicles from Jake Sweeney and always, the staff from sales to service have been the best in the business, #1 in customer care as far as purchased 4 vehicles from Jake Sweeney and always, the staff from sales to service have been the best in the business, #1 in customer care as far as I'm concerned. Always, my needs are met and my concerns addressed. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable in all areas of the Dealership. I will not ever consider purchasing a vehicle anywhere else and I make sure I mention the outstanding customer care given at Jake Sweeney in hopes that I can refer business their way.
