If you are buying a used car from this dealership, make sure that you have it evaluated by a reputable repair shop. They sold me a car that had an oil leak that should have been easy to see if they had don sure that you have it evaluated by a reputable repair shop. In a day and age where in person kind, caring and helpful customer service seems to be nonexistent, Josh was a breath of fresh air. Josh was very easy to work with and got us through the process easily and quickly. We were also introduced to your financial agent, Kaleb McIntyre. Kaleb also displayed a high level of courteous professional customer service as he walked us through the financing process and document execution. And, of course, we cannot say enough about Dezi. The time and patience Dezi displayed while providing an overview of the many, many features of new Lexus RX350 was very much appreciated.
