I have a few people are Reed Jeep that need Recognized. Rae Ellis made the Car buying portion super easy and fast, He stayed late for us to come look at the vehicle and had all of our paperwork ready to Rae Ellis made the Car buying portion super easy and fast, He stayed late for us to come look at the vehicle and had all of our paperwork ready to go when we decided to go ahead with the purchase. Shortest amount of time I have ever spent in a dealership. Unfortunately, at no fault to the dealer, on our way home we noticed the transmission had a shudder to it. Which made us very concerned and not sure if we wanted to keep the vehicle. We called first thing the next morning, and let them know our concerns, we took it back to them and they put us in a loaner vehicle while they looked into it. While it has been in service we have been working with Raul - Sales Manager, Greg the Service Manager and Frank the Service Advisor. They have all been fantastic at keeping me updated and answering all of my questions I have had. Frank has called and sent messages with each update, I truly appreciated knowing what was going on each day. The Vehicle needed a transmission to resolve its issue. They got it approved with Zurich to have it replaced and I should have my vehicle back within the next week. (So process is taking a little less than 2 weeks - Not bad considering what the vehicle needs). So 10/10 Recommend the Sales Department and Service Department for any vehicle needs. Thank you again. Worst car service I have ever experienced. Waited 5 hours and all they did was install a brake switch (The advisor that helped me actually said, “I forgot you were here.” and they charged me $225 and they d and all they did was install a brake switch (The advisor that helped me actually said, “I forgot you were here.” and they charged me $225 and they didn’t fix what I came in for (malfunctioning ABS system). Took my Jeep back the next week (taking away from my work) and the supervisor told me I should probably take an Uber home, which isn’t close. They never offered a loaner or rental car. After I got home, he calls me up and wants to know if I want to come pick the Jeep up (even though they didn’t fix it) and bring it back when it starts malfunctioning again. I was in disbelief at this point. My ABS system was malfunctioning and I told him I needed it fixed now. He seemed annoyed that I wanted my Jeep fixed. Never experienced more incompetent, unprofessional and rude service from anyone. They never apologized. When I picked up my Jeep, the gas was on empty, even though I had half a tank when I brought it in. As a business owner myself, I couldn’t believe how they treated customers. More

By far the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. They kept my car for a week. Didn't address everything I requested, changed the price 3 times, interfered with a recall that had already dealership. They kept my car for a week. Didn't address everything I requested, changed the price 3 times, interfered with a recall that had already been started by another location and made no apologies for all the issues. I picked my car up yesterday and I'm now stranded. My car locked up and won't start. Several dash lights came on regarding my brakes and tires my car will not turn over. I have had this car for 4 years and have had zero issues. The guy who brought my car in for pickup had a jump box. When asked if he had to use it on my car, he flat out lied and said "no," but not even an hour later I was stranded. I called the dealership today and talked to Greg. He claims my battery failed a load test, but they failed to tell me that! When I spoke with Nathan, all he said was we recommend you change your battery and Wiper blades. He never said it failed a test and wouldn't start and definitely never said they had to use a jump box to start my car. In 4 years of owning this vehicle that has never happened. I had so many issues with this dealership. I'm planning to file a complaint as soon as I get to my computer. I have no idea what these people did to my car, but they definitely caused all these issues. Update: Greg the Service Manager got upset that I wrote a review and is refusing to address any issues with my vehicle. He told me to take my vehicle somewhere else. Not sure why he thinks I'm going to pay another shop to fix their mistakes. I know employers are having staffing shortages right now, but the fact that they have someone like this representing their company is shameful and embarrassing. Find another dealer, this place isn't it. More

Just bought a used 2014 Jeep Wrangler from Joe Trahan. Joe made it a very pleasant no pressure sale. It was the quickest and easiest car purchase I have ever had. The Finance department was the same. This is my second vehicle I have purchased from this lication. I bought a new Ram in 2012, It was OP Dodge then. Even then it was a pleasant experience.I still have that truck 170000 miles on it. All recalls and work have been done by Martin Vitt at Reed. I have never had to return for the same issue and always have my truck back in 24 hours. No one else will touch the Jeep we just bought either. I highly recommend Reed Jeep. More

LACK OF INTEGRITY AFTER DRIVING 160 MILES ONE WAY TO RECEIVE WARRANTY WORK ON MY 2017 RAM 1500 PROMASTER VAN, NOT ONE OF THREE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED AS PROMISED WHEN AFTER DRIVING 160 MILES ONE WAY TO RECEIVE WARRANTY WORK ON MY 2017 RAM 1500 PROMASTER VAN, NOT ONE OF THREE REPAIRS WERE COMPLETED AS PROMISED WHEN I PICKED UP THE VAN. I WAS CHARGED 100 DOLLARS FOR FACTORY APPROVED WARRANTY WORK. I MADE EFFORTS TO TAKE CORRECTIVE STEPS WHICH WERE NOT SUPPORTED AT ANY LEVEL, MR. REED HAS REFUSED MY CALLS AND HAS NOT RETURNED REQUESTS FOR CALL BACKS. THE PARTS THAT THEY CLAIMED TO REPLACE WERE NOT CHANGED, UPON ASKING IF THEY WOULD SEND PARTS FOR ME TO PUT ON THEY CHOOSE TO ARGUE WITH ME ABOUT THEM HAVING BEEN PUT ON. AND I DO MEAN 'UGLY" ENCOUNTER. More

Awesome ‘ I have purchased several vehicles in my lifetime from this dealership. I know a lot of the people there. My son at one time worked there years ago. I had been wanting a new truck for sometime and had discussed it with salesman Clayton Marks before! I finally pulled the trigger and did it. I knew what I wanted and the price I wanted to spend. I was looking for a unicorn of a truck. I was beginning to give up after several search’s and what I wanted not being available. Clayton never gave up and we had several phone calls and discussions. He found what I wanted and got it brought to there dealership. The truck ended up being way more than I expected and is exactly what I had been wanting. Clayton never gave up and came through above and beyond my expectations! The whole dealership has been awesome with making this happen.
