I love in Grand Blanc and was so pleased with being able to comp I was lucky enough to be referred to Greg Jenkins at Summit Place Kia in Clinton Twp. I love in Grand Blanc and was so pleased with being able to complete my purchase without having to go to the dealership except for pick up. Greg was amazing! He was super helpful, timely in his responses, willing to walk me through everything and answered all of my questions. He was also incredibly patient with me as I was traveling out of state the week we were working to finalize the sale. Upon pick up, he walked me through all of the paperwork and then sat in my car with me to go over all of the features to make sure I am getting the most out of my purchase. Overall I give Greg a 20 out of 10! He’s great at his job and a super nice guy to boot! More

After searching around for a Car spending long hours at other dealerships, I wish I would have went to summit place Kia first. when I walked in I was After searching around for a Car spending long hours at other dealerships, I wish I would have went to summit place Kia first. when I walked in I was just wiping tears off my face because every place I went to they were all out for my blood. I knew going into searching for a car my credit was not the best. every dealership before summit place used that as there advantage. They wanted to rob me blind and I had pretty much gave up hope. I called summit place Kia 15 minutes before they closed. They offered to stay open for me When I walked in I was greeted by numerous members of there staff with friendly smiles. Gary Tony and James were ready to assist and make car buying seem so simple. They heard my story and they genuinely wanted to help. They give me a Kia forte and didn't try to scam me or make me feel as if I was doing everything all wrong or that I was crazy. They did not try to scam me or take advantage of me or what I was trying to do. They made sure I was going to walk out feeling proud of the decision I made and that there would be no regrets. Tony made a comment that really stuck out to me while I was test driving the veichile about how people work harder when they are treated right by there employers. Mike your hard work and dedication to your staff really does reflect how great of establishment you run. upon sealing the deal I was told we are now family. That truly ment a lot to me.
