This is a tough review, because some of my experience was great and some of it was not. I had my vehicle stolen and needed a replacement. I found this dealership through the Costco Auto program, and that cam great and some of it was not. I had my vehicle stolen and needed a replacement. I found this dealership through the Costco Auto program, and that came with some special discounts. This coupled with my timeline, waiting to get any news back about my old truck, lead to some less than optimal interactions with a couple of the sales people. I actually felt like I almost had to beg for attention, and got met with more roadblocks than solutions to my questions and needs. After switching from person to person, I did end up getting taken care of by Greg and Gilbert from the Internet Sales team. They were awesome and made everything right. I was able to get the perfect truck to replace my old one, and I'm very happy. I wish I could give 5 stars, but unfortunately since I got caught up with a couple sales people that I wasn't very happy with, I had to go with a 4. More
