One star is too many. I’m not even going to get into the details of the nightmare leading up to my car being delivered, the photos below speak for themselves. This dealership communicated to us multiple times that this was a flawless car and that we would be so happy with it. After the MONTH it took to get through the process of even buying the car, which was way too long especially with great credit, the car was delivered to me like this. The previous owner obviously had a dog that destroyed and chewed up the back, and some of the front seats, and there was dog hair everywhere! The car smelled awful and was clearly NEVER detailed. THE DEALERSHIP DID NOT TELL US and kept this obvious damage a secret until it arrived in NJ. Even if it is a used car, the dishonesty is unacceptable. The car was sent back immediately and my excellent credit was affected. Again, there’s no need to get into more detail with my negative experience with this dealer. Just know that, collectively, they’re shady and do business like this. More
