We had to have a car with a comfortable seat due to my husband’s bad back. They took the time to work to find one that would work for him. Our previous car had been in the service department for many mont husband’s bad back. They took the time to work to find one that would work for him. On holiday from Canada. 2024 Lyriq wouldn't charge. Brought it to MBCC. Although it took 3 weeks to get it fixed we were impressed with the communication with the Service Man 2024 Lyriq wouldn't charge. Brought it to MBCC. Although it took 3 weeks to get it fixed we were impressed with the communication with the Service Manager. They had to replace the main battery in our EV and then replace the replacement. During this time we were provided with a loaner. We would not hesitate to use them again. Special thanks to Greg and to the service tech who was retiring, after 40 plus years working for GM, on the day we got our car back. More

Took my vehicle there to have a paint job because somebody scratched my brand new vehicle. Got an estimate dropped it off it took two weeks longer than it should have. Went to pick it up the paint jo somebody scratched my brand new vehicle. Got an estimate dropped it off it took two weeks longer than it should have. Went to pick it up the paint job was a joke / mess looked like it was painted with a paintbrush. Told the paint shop manager about the issues including the inside of the car was a mess. He said his detailer was on vacation and to bring the vehicle back in 2 weeks to get it repaired/repainted and buffed from all the damage done by them. So after Brad Davis promised this to be fixed and it was paid for in full, now all of a sudden he disappears off the face of the Earth. Can't get a hold of him can't get a hold of their little detailer it's pathetic and ignorant. You guys play games with too many people You're going to end up out of business. And I'll be damned if I wouldn't help do that. More
