ZERO STARS - THE WORST OR SHOULD I SAY ATROCIOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE ... Tried to purchase a "certified pre-owned" Mazda CX-5 that was being falsely advertised on their website with a difference of roughly 4,0 SERVICE ... Tried to purchase a "certified pre-owned" Mazda CX-5 that was being falsely advertised on their website with a difference of roughly 4,000 miles. After scheduling TWO separate meetings, each a waste of my time and encountered long wait times and unhelpful staff who seemed indifferent to my concerns - the car I had a deposit on was still not ready. If a car is being advertised as a "certified pre-owned" vehicle - the service should have already been put into it. THEN I reached out to the general manager, Justin Lotter, to be present for when I FINALLY pick up the car I placed a deposit on. Justin had ZERO clue on my experience and wrote back to me, word for word, "if we have dropped the ball that bad and your experience is that atrocious, we do not deserve your business." IRA MAZDA DOES NOT GIVE A FLYING F**K ABOUT YOU. AND CLEARLY THEY DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU. More

The dealership is clean and fully stocked with lots of vehicles in its inventory. The customer service staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Greg Flowers helped me with getting exactly what I was aski vehicles in its inventory. The customer service staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Greg Flowers helped me with getting exactly what I was asking for and had me and my family out of the dealership in a timely manner. It was a pleasure working with him and his team and I appreciate his patience and professionalism. More

Worked with Greg to get a 2023 CX-30. Had such a good experience we came back and got a second one. I went in knowing which car they had in inventory that I wanted to see - I appreciated Had such a good experience we came back and got a second one. I went in knowing which car they had in inventory that I wanted to see - I appreciated them being honest and not wasting my time with add-on offers or trying to upsell me on stuff I didn't want. I don't know if I'll be getting another car soon, but I will 100% be going back to Ira Mazda. More
