Tried to purchase a "certified pre-owned" Mazda CX-5 that was being falsely advertised on their website with a difference of roughly 4,0 SERVICE ... Tried to purchase a "certified pre-owned" Mazda CX-5 that was being falsely advertised on their website with a difference of roughly 4,000 miles. After scheduling TWO separate meetings, each a waste of my time and encountered long wait times and unhelpful staff who seemed indifferent to my concerns - the car I had a deposit on was still not ready. If a car is being advertised as a "certified pre-owned" vehicle - the service should have already been put into it. THEN I reached out to the general manager, Justin Lotter, to be present for when I FINALLY pick up the car I placed a deposit on. Justin had ZERO clue on my experience and wrote back to me, word for word, "if we have dropped the ball that bad and your experience is that atrocious, we do not deserve your business." IRA MAZDA DOES NOT GIVE A FLYING F**K ABOUT YOU. AND CLEARLY THEY DON'T WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH YOU. More
