I had a great deal with Hollywood Jeep Chrysler and I’m telling all my colleagues about it. The car (Grand Jeep Cherokee Laredo) was exactly what I was looking for in matters of budget safety and luxury. Thanks to the finance department handled by JC who was working his best with Capital one and made my life and all the hassle of the process and paperwork easy. I put my car in for diagnostic and only after a week of car and calling every day with no answer I had to go in person for them to tell me where my car was only for them to tell me a diagnostic that wasn’t car and calling every day with no answer I had to go in person for them to tell me where my car was only for them to tell me a diagnostic that wasn’t true ( multiple other mechanics confirmed and fixed the actual problem). After all of that I am still stuck with a $250 bill with a wrong diagnostic. More
