Overall, our experience was excellent, although our initial visit left us disappointed. The first salesperson we encountered was uninformed and lacked personality. However, when we returned, we learned initial visit left us disappointed. The first salesperson we encountered was uninformed and lacked personality. However, when we returned, we learned that the original salesperson was no longer there. Our new salesperson, Greg, was fantastic and made up for all the previous disappointments. Unfortunately, we can't remember the name of the young man who explained the technology features to us, but he was also very informative. More
