After some initial conversation to determine our specific wants and needs, Tim did an outstanding job of showing us only the available vehicles in which we expressed an interest. He did not push us into loo wants and needs, Tim did an outstanding job of showing us only the available vehicles in which we expressed an interest. He did not push us into looking at vehicles that were higher priced. His selling style was greatly appreciated. He was knowledgeable of the available inventory and realistic about hearing what we were willing and able to spend. Tim made every attempt to secure the second key fob from the original owner for us but was unable to do so.
