I purchased a 2016 Toyota Camry from this dealership in December 2018. Three days after I left the dealership with all of my paperwork in hand, a second contract was made on this vehicle changing the amoun December 2018. Three days after I left the dealership with all of my paperwork in hand, a second contract was made on this vehicle changing the amount of the vehicle service warranty the gap insurance as well as the sale price And sales tax. A fraud unit forged contract that they created three days after I purchased my vehicle that I had no knowledge of is the contract that they sent to Toyota financial services. I did not become aware of the situation until making 58 payments on this loan as they doctored it to where my payment amount was only $.51 off from the original contract. I’ve reached out to the dealership, gave them the serial numbers for both contracts to discuss the matter and they won’t speak about it. I’ve had the receptionist tell me they’re not going to talk to me unless it’s an attorney contacting them the fact that they are a business and that someone in their office has done something like this, and they are unwilling to address it Shows that they do not have high standards, and he definitely will not own up to their obligations of resolving issues, especially of fraudregarding salesman and a former general manager, who is now the finance manager. Please be aware when buying any vehicle from this dealership and make sure it in a month or two you contact your financing company and get a copy of the contract that we sent to them by the dealership and compare it and make sure it is in fact, the one that you signed and not a forged one this has been a horrible situation for me to deal with not only if I paid a $35,000 on a car that the finance company has now repossessed because I refuse to make any more payments until we investigated the fraud and now I have to take time out of my busy life to see people in court because they’re moral character is lacking. The purpose of this letter is to officially file a complaint as I have been a victim of fraud by Toyota of Bourbonnais dealership. I was sold a vehicle under false pretense, and I need your help as I complaint as I have been a victim of fraud by Toyota of Bourbonnais dealership. I was sold a vehicle under false pretense, and I need your help as I have done my due diligence with trying to resolve this matter directly with Toyota of Bourbonnais dealership with no avail. On 08/16/23 I purchase a 2017 Hyundai Accent Se with the agreement and assurance by the salesman (Matt Hadley) that all of the body damage to the hood the bumper and paint on the vehicle would be repaired. I scheduled the repair and took time off of work to get this accomplished but when I receive the vehicle only the hood had been repaired. The bumper is still barely hanging on with some of the molding not connected. There are paint chips on the trim which were just touched up and not properly painted. The mechanical issue I had with the vehicle was 3 days from purchase date the check engine light came on saying it needed a new catalytic converter (Engine Code P0420). The repair shop stated this can happen when they clear out the code and once you drive the vehicle around it pops on. I have tried to remediate these issues reaching out several times to the dealership they have not remedy this situation. This dealership took advantage of me because I am young which they have referenced during interactions. I am seeking help to resolve this matter. More

I originally purchased a different vehicle that wound up not having a very important option it was supposed to have. While Janelle tried her best to remedy the situation the manager would not return the ve not having a very important option it was supposed to have. While Janelle tried her best to remedy the situation the manager would not return the vehicle, but would only trade for a different vehicle (which was $5000 more). He would only give me a trade in price on the one I was returning not was I paid, and the full additional amount for the new one - so $10,000 more! He never came out to talk to me himself, so Janelle did her best to negotiate for me. He did budge a somewhat, but I still feel he made a nice profit on a mistake I didn't make. I don't feel his priority is customer satisfaction. While I love working with Janelle, management was disappointing. More

Appreciate they made things right, but still sitting on a loss and registration for the new car is a mess. Lisa was really nice. At the same time our experience with this Toyota has deteriorated significantly in the last few years since the new management has taken over. Do better. Also the Ceramic package is a such a scam. Went in for the coating and it took 30 minutes. Having clayed my own car before, it takes way more than 30 minutes to apply a good ceramic coating. Save your 7.5-9k and get it done with a professional for 500 or so. More
