Service Department did a wonderful job, Analyzed my car's problem, ordered the part, installed the part, test drove the car to verify solution was correct. We went for servicing couple of weeks back and after service, had a very pathetic experience with the vehicle, first of all, I do not know who sits on the reception , I was connected to a service adviso service, had a very pathetic experience with the vehicle, first of all, I do not know who sits on the reception , I was connected to a service advisor after calling like 5-6 times in a week, every time she puts me on hold and after sometime says , they will call me back which obviously I never get so basically its a tactic to avoid customers calling to their very knowledgeable and hard working busy advisors. After servicing - Vehicle started showing issues while driving, also they told that they will check and fill all the fluids but just in 2 days after service, my Wiper washer fluid warning appeared and I had to fill the fluid myself ( although it does not cost much and does not take much effort but when they said they checked all the fluids and everything looked fine as they told me after service, then how did this happen) They did not even reset the Service reminder after service which they specifically told me that they have reset it after service but I am still seeing it. I really wonder what they have done in during service, I highly doubt that they even changed the Oil and Battery, just charged us on paper. Overall worst experience , Vehicle does not feel like it was serviced even after spending $700 More
