Randy was great to work with and he tried hard to make us happy. Buying process took longer than planned. It took us 7 1/2 hours to buy a car! Randy was good but was taking care of multiple customers at once, so we were waiting for each step of the deal. Greg was good , but was obviously over committed and way behind. I would assume that both of these issues were due to a shortage of good people.
