Exceeded My Expectations While I've known the Belcher family for over 20 years, I haven't bought a car there in a very long time (just haven't needed one). I had recently gon While I've known the Belcher family for over 20 years, I haven't bought a car there in a very long time (just haven't needed one). I had recently gone from 17 years driving an F-150 to a Toyota Tacoma (bought off Carvana) which I thought I'd get used to but after 90 days it just wasn't working for me. So, I called Greg and told him I needed to trade even for something that fit me better and asked him what he had. He immediately went out of his way to help me out, in the process of considering a few larger trucks, I met John Reynold who introduced me to a VW Atlas. John knew the vehicle well and educated me well, showing how it met the needs I was looking to meet and explaining all the Atlas had to offer. I drove it a few days and knew John was right. Then I sat down with Matt Morgan to finalize the paperwork and that process couldn't have been smoother either. Everyone I came into contact with at Royal was very professional, courteous, and knowledgable. We've been in a dry spell in Bham and when it finally rained a week or so after I bought my Atlas, I discovered that one of the rubber wiper blades had seperated so I went back to see John and he immediately made it right with a completely new set of blades. I definitely received the Royal treatment at Royal and would recommend these guys to anyone looking for a good experience in car purchasing/service. More

Paul was terrific and so patient as we looked at tons of used and new cars... at least 10 different models.
