HORRIBLE Adrian was OK 1st day 2nd day he was stressed and did not care as much at the end all he wanted was a sale. I let him know I would never go back felt pressure at the end did not want to purchase due to Greg finance being unprofessional and rude . I asked Greg a simple question where in my contract does it show you gave me a discount all he said " We did give one you can go ahead and write a check for original yet he could not explain , he started laughing sarcastically and was very rude . I left his office so I can cool down came back gave him paperwork and told him to mail me my check . I called an Huber so I can leave Adrian came after me I told him and he said I will talk to him he shouldn't of done that and just wanted to make the sale Adrian did not care either . Ended up taking the Sprinter felt pressure by Adrian he brought all paperwork outside and would not take no for an answer I in the car very upset and pressured. NOT TO MENTIONED I SPEND 4 HOURS AND $42, 560.79 FOR THAT TREATMENT I'm still in shock ! Very disappointing in such a high standard company how I was treated . I will never go back I wanted to write a review so other customers pay attention and they don't get mistreated finance has the responsibility to answer your questions and don't get pressure by a sales person that just wants to make his commission , Thank you Greg and Adrian for the horrible experience you gave me . More

These 2 gentlemen went above and beyond to ensure I had a wonderful experience purchasing the 2017 C300 Coupe! I am from the Phoenix area and I could not find a dealership that had the car I wanted. I looked online and voila! There it was - at MB of Tucson. My Beautiful, Sophisticated, Sleek White Coupe! I emailed an inquiry and received a response right away from Thomas Cavanagh! Thomas and Brian answered all my questions (and I had plenty) honestly, thoroughly and with genuine professionalism and kindness! Brian and Thomas emailed and texted me photos of the car to ensure it was the exact car I wanted. There was not "bait and switch" with numbers like other dealerships. Thomas and Brian was transparent with all communications! This wonderful communication started on April 26th and I picked up my Beautiful car on April 27th! I made the drive to Tucson from Phoenix and it was well worth it! Thomas and Brian were so Awesome to have all the paperwork completed so I would not have to wait when I arrived. When I arrived, I was greeted with such kindness as if I were a Friend! I met with Greg Ash, the Awesome Finance/Lease Manager to review and sign lease documents and Ms. Lisa Gray, the Wonderful Product Concierge was super Nice and helpful and took her time to show me the upgraded functions on the 2017 C300 Coupe model!
