My service at Fiesta Hyundai Santa Fe has always been good. I have been servicing my vehicle there for 12+ years. My recent experience in trying to get my map updated was unusual. First, they wanted me to leave my car there for the day. I have only one car, so not an option. I left and called in and questioned why a da unusual. First, they wanted me to leave my car there for the day. I have only one car, so not an option. I left and called in and questioned why a day. At that point i asked for a loaner and after some questioning, they granted one, although they indicated it was not their practice. Finally got my car back but there was obviously a problem with how they did the update. They said, i would need to come back and were not really interested in the problem as a matter of fact, all throughout the process, they gave me the feeling that they really did not want to do the update. I told them i would not be returning. So I called Hyundai customer care and they fixed the problem remotely. Seems like the folks at Fiesta really do not want to be bothered. Kind of a lousy attitude. More

Incredibly poor service. The dealership received my part on our 2023 and did not contact us. When pushed for the repair that was recommended two months earlier was advised th The dealership received my part on our 2023 and did not contact us. When pushed for the repair that was recommended two months earlier was advised they have too many broke down cars to repair and it may be another month or possibly four months. No loaners available because of the parking lot full of broken down Hyundais in the lot. No communication and advised they have one part time master mechanic. Advised by the advisor they are selling more cars than they can possibly service. More

I needed a sealant kit ordered on 8/24/24 after a recall service. I was told that it would take 2-3 weeks to get the kit. It took 9 weeks for the kit to be delivered to the dealership. service.
