In contrast to my last service experience with Hyundai at a different dealership, this one was absolutely awesome. Last time I had my car in for service, the advisor did not listen to anything I said, tac a different dealership, this one was absolutely awesome. Last time I had my car in for service, the advisor did not listen to anything I said, tacitly threatened that I had voided my warranty because I couldn't verbally recall all the services done on my vehicle thusfar (even though it has only been serviced at dealerships) and charged me even though I had an available maintenance wrap. Working with Grant was the exact opposite. In addition to informing me of my available wrap, he addressed each and every one of my concerns and actually listened to me. I paid zero out of pocket and I am back on the road with peace of mind and an easy choice on where to take my vehicle for service from now on. Bravo, Grant. 10/10. More

Grant and the whole team at Findlay Hyundai Prescott were very friendly and helpful. Grant explained everything that would be done with my car, told me about some upcoming news about the dealership move and very friendly and helpful. My dealings have been with the Service Department. I Purchased my vehicle at one of the other Findlay dealerships. Over the past month, I have had occasion to deal with both Grant and Guillermo in I Purchased my vehicle at one of the other Findlay dealerships. Over the past month, I have had occasion to deal with both Grant and Guillermo in the course of some repairs. Both of them, along with all the others in the service department (including the shuttle drivers), have been friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. More
