Test drive process was unorganized. I made an advance appointment to test drive and the vehicle was not ready to go nor was there a salesperson ready to greet me. Once the vehicle was located the salesman (Grant) was helpful Sales process was smooth Delivery process was very unorganized . My appointment was for 9:30, the salesman had called in and was not there. The car, paperwork, etc. was not ready so I had to wait 90 minutes to get everything done and still had no time to go over the vehicle. Blue link took four days for me to figure out. More

I did not expect to buy a Hyundai, just checking because of Tuscon high reliability ratings. Grant was friendly, concerned for our needs and wants. I liked it better than the 2025. Our needs and wants were foremost in his dealing with us.
