I've been here since 2008 and I've enjoyed watching Subaru and Lithia grow to where they are now. I'm a sports fanatic and I enjoy watching anything competitive. Oh boy this has been worse than a small car dealership experiences I've had. Originally, I worked a deal out with the sales guy. That went okay. Then it progressed to the finance guy Kyle. The numbers jum experiences I've had. Originally, I worked a deal out with the sales guy. That went okay. Then it progressed to the finance guy Kyle. The numbers jumped for the extended warranty from what was agreed upon with the sales guy Alex. I had noticed the numbers jumped after signing of course. I got screwed by the finance guy. I made a complaint and got the contract rescission and substitution agreement signed which voided out the contract, but the Subaru motors finance bank or department needs the finance manager Grant or someone else to finalize the RSA form which hasn't been done and my first payment is due in March which will affect my credit if I don't make the first payment for a vehicle I never took posession of. It seems I'm getting the runaround and stonewalled. Seems they aren't available everytime I call and I call multiple times a day per week. The general manager is supposedly on vacation and the other manager below him is Grant which us also unavailable everytime I call. I would think twice about purchasing anything from their lot. More

Total Jerk. Has great salesmen working under him which brought me to this dealership, but he screwed it all over. Was completely dismissive and said "this stuff happens" when I asked why my NEW car had a brought me to this dealership, but he screwed it all over. Was completely dismissive and said "this stuff happens" when I asked why my NEW car had a warped glovebox that wouldn't shut. He offered no apology, no help, no compensation other than "well you don't have to take the car if you don't want it" (after closing the deal and driving 3 hours to pick-up the car). Would have rated the dealership 5 stars had he handled this situation with even an ounce of respect. I will now be giving 2. More

Happy anniversary Recently I received a free car wash as a anniversary gift from Lithia Subaru. I know that the wash rack is quite busy at times but took a chance to d Recently I received a free car wash as a anniversary gift from Lithia Subaru. I know that the wash rack is quite busy at times but took a chance to deliver my vehicle on announced on a Tuesday morning. My service rep was Christopher and he politely receive the car and put it through its process as quickly as possible. Although it took one hour for the car wash I enjoyed reconnecting with Grant and talking with the sales personnel on the floor about the new models. I also requested assistance the programming of the navigational computer aboard my outback in the instruction was provided. Lithia continues to be a customer service oriented dealership and Am delighted to be a part of the entire experience. Having just purchased a 2014 Subie OB from Lithia, I was grateful for the staff's willingness to work with me not only with the sales price, but with obtaining the car and adding the accessories I wanted. I was shopping around the entire state of California for a new Legacy Limited 2.5 loaded...to my surprise Fresno Subaru had as big or bigger selection of Legacys than the biggest dealerships in California; a new Legacy Limited 2.5 loaded...to my surprise Fresno Subaru had as big or bigger selection of Legacys than the biggest dealerships in California; including Irvine, San Francisco and Sacramento. I did not feel like I had to drive 4 hours away for a deal, so I thought I'd give Fresno a shot at earning my business. I am a first time Subaru buyer, but I did spend several weeks going through an exhaustive comparison of cars in the 30k price range and the Subaru won in just about every category hands down; and Fresno Subaru won in every category against other dealerships. Grant Coleman was the internet salesman I exclusively dealt with. We negotiated price, terms, etc thru email and texting; was quite fun and easy. When I arrived I was greeted by Grant who had my new beauty ready to go and all the paperwork finalized. Total time spent at the dealer was approx 45 minutes. I highly recommend anyone buying a new car to consider doing it online thru the Internet Sales Manager, as I did with Grant. I will be driving to Fresno from Visalia for all my services and look forward to purchasing my next Subie at Fresno Subaru. Great job Fresno. Steve More
