In regards to the dealership, the person that checked me in was spectacular the mechanic went above and beyond doing the oil change and checking the car over very thoroughly very efficient promising in an h in was spectacular the mechanic went above and beyond doing the oil change and checking the car over very thoroughly very efficient promising in an hour and a half. It took less than one hour extremely professional very nice team in regards to the checkout process the cashier and head cashier very disappointing. I understand the credit card fees so I offered to pay in cash to avoid a 3% fee and they don’t have cash and they’re not going to be able to give me my change back And not very pleasant when they said that took extended period of time to get the correct change back because it was unacceptable again cashier cashier and the assistant, both female and the male extremely unfriendly More

I had a great deal with Hollywood Jeep Chrysler and I’m telling all my colleagues about it. The car (Grand Jeep Cherokee Laredo) was exactly what I was looking for in matters of budget safety and luxury. Thanks to the finance department handled by JC who was working his best with Capital one and made my life and all the hassle of the process and paperwork easy. The one who made that joined venture deal with Capital One is genius. More

Absolutely one of the most unprofessional and disorganized experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. We brought our Jeep in back in April due to concerning transmission issues—just shy of our disorganized experiences I’ve ever had with a dealership. We brought our Jeep in back in April due to concerning transmission issues—just shy of our warranty mileage—and were assigned a service advisor named Jorge. He assured us diagnostics would be handled promptly, but that no loaner would be provided, so we paid out of pocket for a rental. After keeping our vehicle, he asked us to pick it back up and wait for a response from Jeep. Weeks went by, with Jorge stringing us along, claiming he was attempting to replicate the issue with another car to provide Jeep with proof—essentially suggesting fraudulent behavior. Then, without so much as a call or update, he quit the dealership. We later found out he had quietly closed our ticket and never passed the case along. The next advisor attempted to help but also misled us with incorrect information. When I spoke with the manager, Gracie, her only explanation was that “he’s new and still learning.” That’s not a justification for the continued lack of accountability, miscommunication, or failure to properly escalate the issue—especially with a warranty deadline rapidly approaching. We are now nearing the mileage limit and still have no resolution. This dealership has not only wasted our time and money, but jeopardized our vehicle’s coverage through their negligence. I strongly urge leadership to take ownership of this failure and reach out to resolve this properly More
