The communication with the service advisor Neyma is non existent. My vehicle was brought in under my warranty, left there for over a month. And I can barely squeeze out and update. My car "was ready" and p existent. My vehicle was brought in under my warranty, left there for over a month. And I can barely squeeze out and update. My car "was ready" and pulled up with the exact same noise. I was told "since I thought it was the water pump, the technician probably just fixed that" again i know there were issues with my vehicle. But one month with no updates and all of these repairs besides the noise it was brought in for. At least communicate! More

Terrible experience with Caylie. She went above and beyond for a TikTok influencer but gave me a nasty attitude when all I wanted was professional customer service and to be informed She went above and beyond for a TikTok influencer but gave me a nasty attitude when all I wanted was professional customer service and to be informed of what exactly was done to my vehicle with proof of a receipt but all I received was my keys handed to me and no information along with an attitude. I left a review online and spoke with a manager who didn’t do much but offer a free oil I didn’t care for but I hope you guys get a better staff moving forward. More
