We have two 2019 Hyundai Tucsons. We had oil consumption and engine issues with both vehicles. Joe Wachner listened to our concerns, verified our vehicles were eligible for engine rep We had oil consumption and engine issues with both vehicles. Joe Wachner listened to our concerns, verified our vehicles were eligible for engine replacements under the extended warranty, and guided us through the process of having the engine replaced in both vehicles. Changing out an engine is a huge job and issues related to the removal and installation do happen. With our first vehicle, there was a relatively minor related issue and Mr.Wachner made sure to have it addressed and fixed quickly. With the second vehicle, there were a couple other related issues. Joe has been very helpful and earnest in working to address these issues and is in the process of making sure the vehicle performs as designed before the engine replacement. We currently have the Tucson in the shop now having the items addressed. Grace has been very nice and communicates with us via text. We are hoping to get this vehicle back soon and put these engine replacements behind us and use Southern Hyundai for all of our future maintenance on these vehicles. More

Gracie was pleasant and professional however, she didn’t communicate to.the technicians after installing my front bracket to install the license plate on. Afterwards, my vehicle required a 100% charge and i communicate to.the technicians after installing my front bracket to install the license plate on. Afterwards, my vehicle required a 100% charge and it was plugged into the level.2 charger and had to be placed onto the level 3 charge. I wasn't satisfied in the extra amount of time spent at the service department. More

Would rate negative stars if the system would let me. Service department is poorly run with not honoring appointment times (state inspection appointment was for 1045AM but they did not test notice of res Service department is poorly run with not honoring appointment times (state inspection appointment was for 1045AM but they did not test notice of results until 119PM) and then said that failed inspection due to a tear on the wiper blade. Wipers worked fine earlier in the week with no evidence of streaking or uncleared areas on the windshield. Pretty certain there was no damage to the wiper blades when I dropped the car off. When picking the car off, I inspected the blades and couldn’t find any damage – had to ask the service manager to show it to me and what was shown was a less than ¼” tear at the very end of the passenger side blade that would not have had possibility of impairing the vision of the driver. They charged more than $50 for now blades and the ones installed were not of the same quality and beam style that were on the car when purchased, they were the cheapest version that can be purchased at any auto parts store for $10 per blade. From the time I authorized the blades until the time the car was ready was another two hours when installing the blades should be less than 10 minutes. Service Manager, Grace, also needs some training in customer relations as her tone was disrespectful each time I talked to her. Stay away from this service department. More
