Communication needs to be improved, I’ve called about 2 hours ago to check status and told by operator no one else available to speak to me or provide status and no response from Gordon or supervisor. When I drop the car off, the person that checked me in stated that the reason I was there wasn’t noted on the previous visit which is concerning. When I ask Gordon, he said it was so there’s something wrong where everyone is not on the same page. If I took the vehicle in last month for the exact same reason, obviously it wasn’t fixed. If the same error messages come up three weeks later. More

I was so disappointed for the service I received this time. My car’s tire pressure light was on and there was some little noise when driving, (this problem happened last time when I bought my car for a c time. My car’s tire pressure light was on and there was some little noise when driving, (this problem happened last time when I bought my car for a check and service ). However, I was so shocked to be notified that I was going to be billed over $300 this time, for a so called “inspection check “. I tried to question and state that this problem happened before and I believed it was from the tire. I don’t understand why this time I had to pay way more than last time. However, the advisor Gordon was quite cold and indifferent. He didn’t seem try to help, check and compare with last problem, but insisted my car needed a full inspection. It made me feel like a fool. All he tried to do is to bill me the more the better. At last I was billed over $200 after a complaint. I understand this is a business and your company make money from the service you offer. As a customer, I value if the service provided is focused on my concern and worthy. If the advisor only wants to dig money out of my pocket, but not think for the benefits of the customer, I wouldn’t want to be served by such unprofessional and careless agent. More
